Candidates passed bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible to appear for PCS examination.

PCS examination is conducted by State Education Board. So, you can pursue course of your interest.

But, you need to appear and qualify in entrance examination for finally selection for service. The age limit to appear for PCS varies for different state.
