Selection Process

1. Written Test
2. Interview
3. Skill Test
4. Certificate Verification

The written test will be consist various questions from various areas as below:

1.- General English - 50
- General Aptitude - 25
- General Knowledge - 25

2. Typing Test (English)

3. Computer Knowledge Test.

All questions will be objective type of questions.

# Followings are the desirable qualifications required by a Junior Assistant:

* Good Communication Skill
* Good basic knowledge of computer
* Ability to read and write regional languages

* Able to work for longer hours continuously
