I have completed my previous year msc in mathematics from University of Rajasthan , now after one year gap can I take admission in 2nd year msc in some universitie ?

It mainly depends on the policies of university from where you to want to persue your further studies.
If the policy of such gap between both the years is not available, and they don't agree to such things, then you may face problem so it's better to talk to the head of department regarding your situation.
There can be gap between UG and PG but gap between both the years of PG is quiet difficult .
So I don't feel you can get admission.

No, it's already a 2 year course ,so you can't continue after a gap ,you have to take readmission.
