Tancet exam for 2010 need, the candidate should have passed graduation those who are appearing for final year / semester examination of the above qualifying degree in April / May 2010 can also apply for TANCET Exam for 2010.


TANCET 2010 NOTIFICATION- Applications are invited for the TANCET 2010 to be conducted by Anna University Chennai on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu on May 30 and 31 2010 from candidates who seek admission to M.B.A

The Question Paper will have 100 objective type questions. Each question will be followed by four alternate answers. The Candidate has to choose the correct answer and shade the appropriate circle against the question in the answer sheet with pencil/ ball point pen (black or blue).

While evaluating the answers, one mark is awarded for each correct answer and 1/3 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. No deduction will be made for questions left unanswered. Multiple shading will be considered as wrong answer and 1/3 mark will be deducted.

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test(TANCET) is an entrance examination conducted every year by Anna University on behalf of Tamil Nadu Government for admission in the professional post-graduate programmes in various Government/Private universities/institutes in Tamil Nadu which include Anna University-Chennai, Anna University-Coimbatore, Anna University-Trichy, Anna University-Tirunelveli, Government and Government aided Institutes and Government Quota seats in private Institutes. TANCET is for admission in M.Tech/M.E./MBA/MCA/M.Arch/M.Plan programmes.

But since you are already an MCA graduate,you are no eligible to appear for it.

i have completed my B.Tech.IT in jaya engg coll further i want to do my M.E under anna univ pls kindly say me where to get tancet application? can i get it thru my mail?and can i know wen is the last date for the application of tancet to be send?

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is conducted by Anna university every year on behalf of Tamil Nadu government.

This exam is for giving admissions into M.Tech/M.E./M.Arch/M.Planning programs.

As you requested TANCET exam for the year of 2010 was held on 29 and 30 of April,2010.

Anyway for the current academic year 2011, the TANCET notification has not been released.

Tentative dates for TANCET 2011 are as follows
Date of Entrance Examination : Last week of May,2011
Availability of application forms : Last week of March, 2011
Last date for the receipt of application forms : Last week of April,2011

MCA PATTERN

Duration of the Test will be 2 hrs.

The question paper will have the following sections.

-> Quantitative ability

-> Analytical Reasoning

-> Logical Reasoning

-> Computer Awareness

POINTS TO NOTE :

-> Go through the previous year papers and find out the question pattern asked and prepare for the questions accordingly.

-> Don't reside only on previous year papers, prepare according to the syllabus of the exam.
