Hi Sir/Madam, I want to get the domicile certificate in Kolkata. I would like to know that is there any agency in Kolkata which provide the domicile certificate? Please reply to me asap.

**One can get the application which has to be duly filled with the prescribed
either from online or from the following offices:
-Tehsil office.
-Sub - Divisional office.
-Revenue Department office.
-Office of district collector.
OR
-any other authority which specified in the state or Union Territory.


Documents required:-Along with application form,

a)Residential proof of land or rented house (photocopy of land deed/rent receipt copy)
b)Identity Proof (PAN card, Driving license, Voter card, Ration card, Passport). c)Birth Certificate.
