Is there any chance to get into Chennai City Government Medical Colleges after scoring 198.75?

My cutoff for MBBS is 198.75 and belongs to OC category. Is there any chance to get into Chennai city Govt.medical colleges (MMC, SMC and KMC). If not what are other probable Govt.medical colleges where I can get admission into MBBS.

cut off for different sectors of people are below.
MBBS Cutoff
OC 199.5
BC 199.25
BCM 198.75
MBC 198.75
SC 196.75
ST 194.75
SCA 198

if you belong to BCM or MBC,SC,ST,SCA you have chance of getting the seata otherwise you won't be able to get.But you can get other government colleges
