I have completed my BA 1st year Degree in Surana College Bangalore, now I want to change the college. Is there any college in Bangalore which offers BA course for 2nd year degree admission.

No, there is no such college which will allow give you direct admission in 2nd year.

You have to start from zero if you want to switch your college now.

There is no possibility of admission in the 2nd year of the bachelor degree.

So, you have to take admission in the 1st year of the course and than eligible to get admission in next year.
