Dear Friend,
The colleges offering combined course of Literature and journalism are not available in India.
Only in Chinese language college is there.I.e Chongqing Three Gorges University .The school offers Chinese Language and Literature (including Teacher, Secretary and Public Administration Orientation) and Broadcast and TV Journalism.

In UK one university is providing the same i.e
