NDA stands for National Defense Academy

This exam is conducted by UPSC twice in Year in Month of June and December called NDA-I and NDA-II......

NDA exam is conducted in Three Wings:

1. Indian Army
2. Indian Navy
3. Indian Air Force

Sorry , girls are not eligible for National Defense Academy exam ..........


A candidate must have completed their 12th science from recognized Board are eligible for NDA in all wings exam and commerce and arts stream students only eligible for Army wings. final years of 12th std students also eligible for this exam...

No at Present there is no such course or posts in NDA for girls.To apply for this exam one require to fulfill these Eligibility conditions :-

Citizenship - Indian .

Gender - Male.

Martial Status - Unmarried.

• English section will include questions from English Grammar and Verbal Reasoning.

No, No....There is no course to join NDA for girls. Girls are not eligible for NDA exam and also there is no course to join in NDA for girls.

No, Girls are not eligible to apply for NDA which is only meant for Male candidate.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy, the exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

So Girls as interested for defence service can apply for CDS(Combined Defence Service) after Graduation Degree.
