Is there any Kashmiri migrant quota in any medical colleges in India currently? If yes, then please provide the list. And, their admission criteria and application procedure?

The candidates from Jammu and Kashmir have to submit a self declaration form while participating in the counselling process. With this is self declaration, the candidate can appear for the 15% all India quota counselling all across the states. This candidates are eligible for 85% state quota counselling of Jammu and Kashmir the migrants of Jammu and Kashmir are those individuals who had left Kashmir long back due to the cause of terrorism.

There are three total government colleges in the state Uttarakhand. In each college only a seat is alloted to the Kashmiri migrant candidates.

If a candidate submits a self declaration form then he/she will be exempted from the counselling.
