Yes there is also negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer. So You should not give vague answers. If you are very sure then only answer them otherwise leave the question.

Try attempting those answers first of which you are confident and should not attempt any questions which are doubtful in your mind.

The process of negative marking in the entrance exams will cut down the percentage of right answers with the wrong ones.

HAL stands for the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. It is one of the most reputed public sector in India. If you able to get job in this sector it will be a very huge achievement of your life. Each and every year HAL conduct the entrance exam so you have to keep eye on the official site or you have to look on the employment news.

As you here asked that is there is negative marks on the HAL entrance exam so i like to give to you the full details of the HAL exam.

HAL entrance exam is total 160 marks question each carry 1 marks. There is 20 marks general awareness and 20 marks aptitude and 120 marks on the trade you have chose means aeronautical , electronics, meteorology or others. There is no Negative marks on the entrance exam.

Cut off mainly depends on the several sector or factor those are no of the students appeared, No of student passed, Question patterns, No of vacancy etc. So yu have to prepare your subjects very well to crack the exam as if you have no basic knowledge on the subjects you can not answer them correctly .

Qualification:

1.You must have to passe the 10th 12th (PCM) form the recognized university with min 60% marks. For the sc/st marks in 55%
2.Max age is 28 years.
3.Candidate have to pass the graduation on the following discipline aeronautics, Electronics, Electrical ,Mechanical , Production, Meteorology, Computer science.

if you passed the exam you have to seat for the interview for the final selection. If you successfully passed the interview then you will get joining on the HAL.

No there is no Negative marking in HAL exams.
