Certainly negative marking is there. 1/3 marks for every wrong answer is deducted. The level of the questions asked is much higher than the past. Also there are no questions from the verbal section. The duration of the exam is one hour and there will be 35 questions which you need to answer.

hi...there is no negetive marking in the written test of the tcs,its an computer based objective type test of half an hour on aptitude ,the test is of similar pattern to gre examination and following the barrons gre text book would be more than enough for you to do well in this exam because most of the questions are directly asked from the gre text book ,i am attaching the 12th edition of the gre text book this would be of real help for you

dear friend,
According to the new pattern , TCS introduces negative marking in their aptitude test. For each wrong answer 0.33 marks will be deducted.. That means for three wrong answer 1 marks will be deducted.. In the new question pattern 35 questions are there.. All are logical questions. No antonymous and synonymous are there.. You can get the sample papers from website www.fresherswold.com/placement papers. All the best. |
