Is there any provision wherein a candidate can participate in 2nd counseling in SEE UPTU by surrendering the 1st counseling seat?
Sir,i am vaibhav from patna and i have got rank 10721 in see-uptu in b-tech stream (roll no. 8501237 ).i was allotted a reputed uptu private engineering college in first counselling but i am not much satisfied with that. I want to know that is there any provision that a candidate can participate in second counselling only if he/she suurrenders all claims on the seat allotted to him in first counselling?

is there any provision of second counselling in mit 2011 & of getting a good branch in b.tech programme.my rank in mit is 16241.plssssssss suggest

what is the date of second counselling of see-uptu 2011?
i have got 96459(general rank) & 32803(category rank) in upsee 2011, can i get a good college for btech(mechanical engineering) ?
