Is there any reservation or relaxation for OBC caste candidates in government engineering colleges?

I have not given CET and scored 130 marks in PCM and 55% in HSC. Can I get admission in any engineering collage? And, I belong to OBC caste category so will I get any relaxation?

No you cannot get admission in any government college with such percentage in HSC.but you can get admission in private engineering college.In government colleges,there is some relaxation provided to OBC categories. You need to give JEE main Exam ,CET exam and various other state exams to get admissions in good Engineering colleges
