Hello sir, I am an athlete and participated in National Swimming. I am in 12th with PCM group. Is there any sports quota to get admission in IITs? Procedure for it?

Yes, there is a sport quota in most of the engineering entrance examination.
Since, only participation in a sport won't make you eligible for the quota, you must have some achievement in that particular sport nation wide, then only your sport will be considered in the engineering quota.

And for that also you need to secure cut off marks.
As these quota are applicable only if, the candidate has secured cut off and is struggling for good college.

So, you need to fulfill these criteria first and then only you will be considered for the quota.
