Hi, I am from Nepal and I am looking forward to do a PhD in Dance. So, could anybody please tell me about university in Nepal or in India offering PhD Dance. Admission criteria and application procedure? If in India, then requirements to study in India for Nepal candidates?

There is no such specific PhD. course for Dance. But, you can do Ph.D. in Arts from decent colleges of India like:
Loyola College, Chennai
Christ University, Bangalore
Presidency College, Chennai
Madras Christian Collge, Chennai
Fergusson College, Pune
Presidency University, Kolkata
Jai Hind College, Mumbai
ST Xavier's College, Ahmedabad
Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata
Admission to these institutes is based on entrance test. While some institutes admit candidates on the basis of their masters and bachelors score.
Yes, Nepal students can also take admission into these institutes.
