-Observe the mouth movements of those who speak English well and try to imitate them..

-Until you learn the correct intonation and rhythm of English, slow your speech down.

-Make a list of frequently used words that you find difficult to pronounce and ask someone who speaks the language well to pronounce them for you.

- Record your own voice and listen for pronunciation mistakes.

In IT industries Only technical skills are not enough it is much essential to have soft skills too. To support technical duties, soft skills, and good communication is essential.
There are few tips throgh which you can improve your soft skills:-
1)Active Listen
2)Communicate with illustrations
3)Take leadership role
4)Improve writing skills
5Don’t live in a circle:-Learn more things. Everyday a new technology is coming into the world. Meet colleagues, expand working relationships with clients, learn what they are doing.
5)Test yourself:-Communication is the most important non technical skill whether its speaking with a customer, interact with co-workers, make clear ideas either with diagram or with an example, try to explain your work to non-technical person. If you can get them to understand then you are in the right path, adapt real – time examples too…
These are few tips if you adopt then you can improve your soft skill .

To improve on your soft skills first of all you need to have self confidence. Also you need to have confidence to make presentations. You can begin with collecting information about various areas. Make presentations in front of family members and friends. Try to make changes where ever required. It is important that you have good command over the language.

For improving soft skills you must practice.
Programming is entirely depand on logics, if your logics are clear then there is no problem at all.

Practice objective questions that will help you a lot.
Discuss topics with other that will give you more directions for thinking logic.

Soft skills are basically your english speaking power. These are very much reguired during group discussion & personal interviews.
In order to improve your group discussion capacity what u can do is speak aloud in front of a mirror on any topic of your choose for 10-15 minutes daily. This process really helps in improving your communicating skills.
