firstly be well prepared with ur subject , refer previous papers , and in the examination start answering those questions which u know first , answer the section which u feel easy first . You should manage the time for each section .

GPAT is Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test. This is an entrance test conducted for admission in postgraduate programs in Pharmacy colleges. It was firstly conducted in the year 2010. earlier GATE was conducted for admission in Pharmacy postgraduate programs.

GPAT Exam Pattern : This is a written test. It is of 100 questions carrying 1 mark each. Student have to attempt this in 3 hours. All the questions are objective types. There is negative marking also . For each wrong answer 1/3 marks is deducted.


GPAT Exam eligibility Criteria : Those who want to get admission in this should have bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university.

First of all you need to understand the pattern of the exam. Also it is important that the types of questions and the area from where they will be asked. Your knowledge in the areas of pharmacy will be tested upon. It will be objective in nature. You can collect syllabus information from the GPAT site. Make sure you are well prepared in the same.

GPAT(Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) can be easily cleared if u have strong determination in doing MTECH in PHARMACY,u don't need to freak out ,only thing is that u need u focus on ur subjects that u have gone through in your B.PHARM carrer.

time management skills are also required as this exam is based on stipulated time i.e 3 hours.

i would strongly recommend u
1)to go through all the subjects thoroughly as it is a tough exam.
2)daily practise and memorize the formulas and basic concepts that will always help u in the exam.
3)practise as many model Q papers as u can.
4)atleast prepare for 7-8 subjects that u like the most ,no need to go for all the subjects.concentrate on subjects that u r confident at.

hi dear,

for preparing gpat, at first you have to complete all subject in your b.pharma syllabus, than follow gpat syllabus, after that practice / solve privious/model question paper.

for this , you can take help of a book , i.e-
PYUISH GIDE, this is available in all books store.
