Under what circumstances can I change my college under Visvesvaraya Technological University curriculum?
I studied my 1st year BE in Computer Science and Engineering from a college which is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University. Now, I'm feeling uncomfortable to study there. So, what are all the possible reasons can I give to make change of college? Please get me the reasons as soon as possible
