my cousin is a native of nepal. seeking admission in engg in aicte approved college. under what quota can he seek admission

As your native country is Nepal, hence you are eligible to apply for admission in Foreigner quota. You have to appear in JEE exam to get admission in best engineering institute like IIT or NIT or other government/private college approved by AICTE.
