i did msc ecology & environmental science through distant mode from sikkim manipal university. Now I wanted to do part time phd. which universities are offering part time phd in my subject.

I did m.Phil Environmental sciences from TGOU. how can i pusue for my Ph.D.

i did M.SC in environmental science from vidyasagar university. now i wanted to do M.PHIL in environmental science through distance mode.which universities are offering this?

have completed my Msc from Tribhuvan University in 2001. Since i have 10 years of gap in between my studies i still am interested to go for Phd. Please advice with university offers partime study as i am a working lady from sikkim.
