CSE? a part time PhD
course at BANASHALI/ SHINGHANIA/ /RAJASTHAN Vidyapeeth Udaipur(Rajasthan) are rather easy to get it in 2 yr with moderate fee.

first qualifie GATE /NET and get a legal admission in Ph d.
