What is the upper age limit of College Librarian for female candidates? I belong to O.B.C category. Is there any relaxation for OBC female candidates? And, what is the pay scale for College Librarians?

**In India, to become a librarian ,there are certificate, diploma, and degree courses too.

**Most of the universities offer one-year degree course which is offered to graduates in
any field.

**You can have a master's or even higher degree to do bachelor of library and information
science.

** Diploma course in library science is offered to graduates

**Certificate course in library science is offered by a few institutes for people who have
passed S.S.C. or H.S.C.

***Once you have passed the course, apply for the librarian's job and become a librarian.

****Why don't you apply in kVS (Kendriya Vidyalaya School)as notification are released
out,

1)KVS Librarian application is going to start from 3rd week of August 2020

2)Last date to apply online is last week of September 2020

3)Exam date ,2nd week of November 2020

**Age limit:- maximum of 35 years

a)5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST , 10 years of relaxation if the Aspirant has worked
for 3 years continuously in central Government

b)3 years of relaxation for OBC ,8 years of relaxation if the Aspirant has worked
for 3 years continuously in central Government ,

c)10 years of relaxation for women

d)no age bar for KVS employ

###Coming toward salary,it all depends on your working skills,experience ,institute
joined,minimum you will be getting Rs 17,000/month as a fresher.
