Upper and lower age limit to apply for UPSC-IAS recruitment?
Hi friends, I am interested to apply for UPSC-IAS recruitment. But I don't know about the upper as well as lower age limit for applying in this recruitment. Can anyone of you kindly let me know about the age limit to apply for this recruitment?

UPSC conducts Civil Service Examination for recruitment as an I.A.S Officer. The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a reecognised university.
The age limit is 21-32 years with relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category. Examination is conducted in three stages and you have to appear and qualify in all stages for final selection. For more information visit at www.upsc.gov.in. |

Civil Service Examination is conducted in three stages and one must have to qualify in all three stages for final selection.
The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. The age limit is 21-32 years. The age limit to apply for UPSC IAS recruitment for candidates of different category:
1. General category: 21-32 years. 2. OBC category: 21-35 years. 3. SC/ST: 21-37 years. Physically handicapped candidates get ten years upper age relaxation. |

Upper and lower age limit to apply for UPSC IAS recruitment is mentioned below :-
--> Lower Age :- 21 years --> Upper Age :- 32 years You should have passed Bachelor's degree course in any discipline from a Government recognised university to be eligible to apply for UPSC IAS examination. |

First thing I would like to let you know that the official name for UPSC IAS recruitment examination is Civil Services examination which is held by UPSC once every year.
Further, the age criteria for appearing in the same examination is 21 years to 32 years by the 1st August of that year in which the examination is being conducted. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms. For more details regarding the Civil Services examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in. |

I.A.S is Indian Administrative Service. The age limit to appear for Civil Service is :-
