what is the upsc cps examination notice number and employment news / rozgar samazar date. plz tell me its urgent.

please tell me what is cps exam?
i have heard of cms and ias and others but never heard of cps

well the notification for upsc exams is out on 2-1-2010,
the notification number is:04/2010-csp

I think that the advertisement was announced in the employment news dated-06.09.2009.

The notification for CSP 2011 will come on 19-2-2011, all the details will be available on that on UPSC website i.e. www.upsc.gov.in and the details will also made available in employment news in which advertisement will be made.

central Police force Details are

Central Police Force Exam, 2010
Notification Dates Was 29.05.2010
Last date for submissions of form was 28.06.2010(MONDAY)
And Exam was on 24.10.2010(SUNDAY)

From these you can get the Idea when these Exam are to be held.

Note :- For 2011 as referrence from upsc.gov.in site.This year, There is No Exam or you can say that upsc is not conducting CPF exam.

UPSC conducted the cpf exam for the requirenment of assistment commandants(group a) in five central police forces:BSF,CRPF.CISF,ITBP and SSB.


Recently upsc declared the result of cpf exam 2010-11 on its official site.

And the notification for the cpf (ac) exam 2011-12 is 28/5/11.

Examination date is already announced that it is 9th oct.2011.

1: you must hold a degree of any of Universities recognized by the Central or State Legislature(CSL) in India or other educational institutions established .

or if you are qualifying the final examination ,also be eligible for admission to the Preliminary Examination.

applications for the main Exam will be declared in July or August, 2011.

Age:you should be age of 21 years and must not more than age of 30 years on 1st August, 2011

Exam Process:There are two stages of the examination.

Stage I:The Preliminary Examination of objective type for the selection of candidates for the Main Examination; and

Stage II:The Main Examination is of Written test and then Personal Interview for the final selection of candidates for the various posts.

The main exam is yet to be held in October or November, 2011.
FEE :

Notification for CPF (AC) 2011 has not been published in Employment News, but in UPSC website they have announced the date of notification and exam, it is tentative only. Final notification will be announced in newspaper/employment news and will be updated in their website also...
You can call UPSC help desk for exact date of notification. This is the first time I am seeing that the UPSC have not published as per their schedule...
Anyhow guys keep updating this forum, even I am also waiting to apply for it....
