dear friend,

you cant mention your department so we cant say about govt sector jobs.

but the psu jobs are ONGC, HPCL, NTPC etc.

if you are from computer science or electronics department then the govt jobs are given below.

1.rail.

2.PWC.

3.NTPC.

4.DVC.

5.ONGC.

6.BHEL.

7.ONGC.

8.BSNL

Well you haven't said about which streams students you are since there are many exams for particular streams students.But do not worry i will try to list maximum government and PSU exams

List of government exams ::

Civil service exam :: This examination for all streams students who have interest in the civil service like IAS,IPS and many other post.To appear for this exam you must have done your graduation in any streams and you should be between 21 to 30 years .

CDSE :: This is for those students who have interest in the defense fields.You can apply for ARMY and OTA if you have passed your 12th class in any other streams other then Science .You must have completed your graduation in order to appear for the examination.

For army you should be between 19 to 24 years
For ota you should be between 19 to 25 years
For navy you should be between 19 to 23 years
For air force you should be between 19 to 23 years

IES:: It is conducted by UPSC for the students who have done their engineering in these branches ::

Civil engineering
Mechanical engineering
Electrical engineering
Electronics and telecommunication engineering

You should be between 21 to 30 years .

List of PSU exams are ::

SAIL:: you must have completed your engineering with the 65% marks.The application form is curretly available for the SAIL exam.

Some other exams similar to it are ::

BHEL
ONGC
BSNL
NTPC
