How can a student completed Vocational course in Intermediate get seat in B.Tech? Is it of any use? Will this Vocational course going to be beneficial for me?

Vocational Course focuses more on practical part rather than theory part. It basically intends to prepare students for a particular skillset, so that student should get job easily in that field.

So, if you are planning to do B.Tech just after 12th, then you will definitely get some benefit of vocational course in your B.Tech.

Most of the facts, knowledge that you have studied in Vocational course will be revised in B.Tech course. So, it would be easier for you to grab further concepts related to it.

Other than this, there would be no impact on your placement. Because, vocational course would cover hardly 1-2 initial years of B.Tech only.
