Are we eligible for pursuing MBA without Intermediate but with Diploma followed by B.Tech?

I have passed 10th + 3 years Diploma in Engineering + 3 years lateral B.Tech degree (lateral entry mode). Can I now apply for MBA in Odisha or any Indian University under this circumstances?

MBA is Master in Business Administration.

It is two year course from a recognised university.

The basic eligiblility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

So, you are eligible to get admission in the MBA course without B.Tech course.

Entrance examination such as CAT, GMAT, XAT etc. is conducted for admission in premier institutions.

MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and the basic qualifications required to pursue the same degree course is a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

So, having completed your B.Tech degree course after your diploma in engineering degree course through lateral entry, you are eligible to pursue MBA degree course any recognised university as B.Tech degree course after Class 12th is equivalent to B.Tech degree course through lateral entry.

For pursuing MBA degree course from top management colleges, you are required to qualify entrance tests such as CAT, MAT, GMAT, XAT, SNAP, MH-CET, etc..

MBA stands for Master of Business Administration. The minimum academic qualification required for MBA course is Bachelor's degree in streams like science, engineering, technology, business administration etc from a recognized university.

There is no problem in case of your eligibility for MBA course if you have done diploma and then B.Tech course. You can apply for admission in MBA course. There are different entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, GMAT etc.

For Common Aptitude Test, minimum of 50% marks in Bachelor's degree is required.
