What is the academic cut-off for KVS and NVS exams?


Hi, I am 22 years old and I have completed my 10th and 12th from CBSE Board with 70% marks. I have also completed D.El.Ed with 85% marks and qualified CTET with 108 marks. Am I eligible for NVS and KVS exam?
