What is the admission procedure for North Bengal Medical College (NBMC)?

I'm from Bangladesh. Recently, I have passed my HSC board exam with average marks 36.7% & now I want to study in NBMC. Can anyone please tell me the proceeding to get admission into NBMC. Can I apply for it? If yes ,then how can I apply for admission? Please, help me.
