What is the age criteria for 1st standard admission in most of the regular affiliated schools?


My son is born on 9th June, 2014. He is in UKG class now. Whether I should continue him in UKG class or try for 1st class? Please guide me on this.

The age limit criteria varies with school at primary level.

So, visit the official website of the school to get detail information. But the standard criteria to get admission in std 1 is between 4-5 years.

So, he is in the right age to get admission in std I.
