What is the age criteria for UPSC examination? Any relaxation for any caste?
If I was born on 24th January, 1989 then will I be eligible for UPSC exam to be conducted in June, 2020? Is there age relaxation for any caste category?

Hi,
You are eligible for UPSC Exam. The details age limit and age relaxation are given below Age Limit:Minimum 21 years and Maximum 32 years. Age relaxation for OBC: 3 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST: 5 Years. Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen including Commissioned Officers and ECOs/SSCOs who have rendered at least five years Military Service: 5 years. Age relaxation for blind, deaf-mute and Orthopaedically handicapped persons (general category): 10 years. |
