My sister's age Date of Birth is 28/10/2004 and she is in 10th now. So, will she be able to appear for the 10th board exam under CBSE board in this year? I mean 10th board exam to be held in the year 2019.

The minimum age required to appear in the CBSE Class 10th board examination is 14 years by the 1st October of that year in which the candidate is admitted to his/her Class 10th.

So, being born on 28th October 2004 and currently studying in Class 10th, you are sister is not eligible to appear in the CBSE Class 10th board examination 2019 as her age is under 14 years by the 1st October 2018.
