Re: What is the age limit to get enrolled as an advocate
As per the Advocates Act, the minimum age limit to get enrolled as an advocate is 21 years. Earlier the upper age limit for enrollment was 45 years. Recently Delhi bar council has abolished this upper age limit. However most of the state bar councils still consider 45 years as upper age limit. Those who belong to reserved categories can seek relaxation.
