There are various Universities which offers B.Tech program. The fee structure of every University vary from each other. However, just to provide a basic idea, below are the list of some of the well recognized Universities along with their tuition fees:

SRM University

• B.Tech [Duration 4 years]
• Fee - Rs. 1,50,000 [Annual Fee]

KIIT University

• B.Tech [Duration 4 years]
• Fee - Rs. 55,000 [Semester Fee-Two Semester per years]

Lovely Professional University [LPU]

• B.Tech [Duration 4 years]
• Fee - Rs. 69,500 [Semester Fee-Two Semester per years].

The fee mentioned above are only Tuition fee.
