What are the Bihar Board rules and conditions on applying for improvement exams?


Bihar board has taken my original mark sheet, provisional certificate, and admit card of year of 2018 when I had taken my improvement exams. Is it correct or they had just kept my mark sheet? What does the Bihar Board rules says? Is it correct to take the original certificates in order to apply for improvement exam?
