Before planning a career there are certain things regarding which you should be clear about:
Which subject area you are good at
What are the area of your interest
what is your main objective
Now if you are good in accounts nothing else would be better than pursuing Chartered Accountancy course. Since it requires hard work and dedication you must be ready once you opt for it. This is one of the most rewarding field of accounting and enables an individual to work with a company or practice independently.
Apart from Chartered Accountancy course you can also look for other courses like Company Secretary, Cost and work accountancy, as well as BBA followed by MBA. While pursuing any professional course you must not ignore bachelors degree program and must pursue it along with any other professional course. Nowadays Bachelors Degree program for commerce students is not limited to B.Com and BBA. Various Institutes in India are now offering Industry specific courses as Bachelors Degree program and few of them are :
B.Com with specialization in Insurance
B.Com with specialization in Banking and Finance

What is carrier in comerce

well you have so many options after class 10+2(commerce)
1)bba-bachelor of buisness administration,deals with the buisness management but will have to complete mba to get a job.
2)bca-if you have maths in your class 10+2 then you can go for bca stands for bachelor of computer application deals with computer but will have to complete mca to get a job
3)b.com-honours in any commerce subject but here also will have to complete your m.com to get a good job.

A student from Commerce stream after 12th have so many career option to choose as per his interest and ability.

There are some under Graduate course like:-

B.Com. - Bachelor of Commerce
BBA- Bachelor of Business Administration
BCA - Bachelor of Computer Application
LL.B. - Bachelor of Law(Five yeras Integrated LL.B.)

After Graduation you can go for MBA(Master of Business Administration) by appearing entrance exam like CAT/MAT/Xat etc.

You can go with any professional course after 12th Commerce like:-

You can opt for job opportunity in Defence Sector like NDA(National Defence Academy) after 12th Commerce to join Indian Army.

After passing 12th with Commerce stream you have many option like:-
> National Defence Academy
> C.A
> B.Com
> B.B.A
> B.C.A
> Bank Clerk Exam
> T.T.E.
> Hotel Management
> L.L.B

You have many options after completing your 10+2 with commerce. It depends on you which field you want to choose.

There is Graduation in commerce available for you if you have interest in it.

You can go for Chartered Accountant course. You have to qualify some papers to get admission into CA course hence you must be well prepared.

If you are interested in doing law graduation then you can apply for entrance exam for graduation in law. The course will be of 5 years duration.

If you want to do job then you have options in government sector like SSC, UPSC , railways, banking etc.

For 10+2 pass there is exam like SSC CHSL for data entry operators and lower division clerks.

You can apply for SBI clerk if you have 60 % in 10+2.

Railways conduct exam for ticket collector for 10+2 pass so you can apply for it also.
You can apply for NDA exam if you wish to join Army provided you satisfy the age criteria.

In all the government jobs exam you have to pass written examination so you have to be well prepared for it.

Hello dear , yes you are eligible for admission under the reservation system. Currently there if 27% of seats are reserved under the OBC quota. More details regarding the reservation system can be found in the attachment.
