What is the cut-off for doing M.Phil in Clinical Psychology?

Hi, I have secured 54.64% in MA. Can I round it off to 55% to apply for M.Phil Clinical Psychology? Is it allowed or college will consider as 54.64% only? Any university offering M.Phil Clinical Psychology with less than 55% score?
