Which is better between MBA-HR and MPhil/PhD in Clinical Psychology in terms of earning for an MA(Clinical Psychology) graduate? Possibility to practice Counselling and Psychological Testing or pursuing MPhil/PhD after completion of an MBA?

Hi friends, I just completed my MA in Clinical Psychology. I am confused whether to do MPhil/PhD in Clinical Psychology or pursue MBA in HR. Which of these fields have a better scope in terms of earning? Also could I practice Counselling and Psychological Testing after completing my MBA? And could I pursue MPhil/PhD later in life post completion of MBA?

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
