i hav got 1153 marks with cut off of 194 can i get mechanical engineering in psg college with this mark

for ME course in PSG college, admissions will be accepted based on Anna University Norms & candidates should have appeared in either GATE or TANCET entrance tests. students having valid gate scores will also get monthly stipend of eight thousand rupees.
the cut off is not available

i have total mark 1139 with cut off 196 can i get mechanical engineering in psg
