Your query is incomplete as you have not mentioned either name of college or university in which you are interested to take admission. Admission in second year of engineering is given on basis of your rank in Lateral Entry Entrance Test. LEET is conducted every year in May or June by State technical universities for admission of Diploma candidates.

For LEET, a candidate who has done diploma must have at least 60% marks in it. Diploma final year candidates are also eligible to apply for LEET examination. You can apply for this exam on official website of your technical university when notification is released in March or April every year. Diploma candidates are also eligible for admission in NITs and other engineering colleges through Joint Entrance Exam Main.
