What is difference between M.D. Pediatric and D.C.H. Pediatric?

What is the difference between M.D. in Pediatric and D.C.H. in Pediatric? Which one is of higher grade degree? MD or DCH? Does DCH stands for Diploma in Child Health? And, MD stands for Masters in Doctorate?
