Default Re: What is the difference between Savings Account and Current Accounts?

Savings Account and Current Account are two different type of accounts being provided by Banks to the customers.

Savings Account gives you the following benefits :
-Interest on the deposited amount
-Limited transactions
-No Overdraft
-Minimum deposit amount
-Daily withdrawal limit etc.

Current Account gives you the following benefits:
-No interest
-unlimited transactions
-Overdraft facility etc.

Salary Account is best suited for salaried employees whereas Current Account is best suited for Companies or Organizations where they need to make use of Account for several purposes for several times.

Security wise, both the accounts are secured. Both type of Accounts are easy to operate.

An individual can not get Current Account but can get only Savings Account.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
