After M.Com, you should qualify NET/SET to join as Lecturer. SET qualified candidates can join as teaching faculty in higher secondary schools. Those with NET qualification can apply for Asst Professor in colleges. Years of experience in this profile, allows you to get promoted to the position of Associate Professor. M.Com with B.Ed and CTET helps you to join as teacher in high school classes.
