What to do incase of loosing out original Madhyamik marks sheet copy?

Hi, I have lost my Madhyamik original mark sheet which I passed out in the year 1998. Now, what should I do? Do I need to file FIR? After that what should I do? Is there any procedure to get the duplicate copy of result?

You can mention it in lost and found category of your State Police website.

For issue of your duplicate copy of marksheet, you need to write an application to your board with reasons, registration number and other essential documents.

Boards generally issue duplicate academic certificates with 2 months time.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
