what docment is required for get affiliation a new b.ed. college?

** Document required to get affiliation in B.Ed college

--> Photocopy or Bachelor certificate copy

--> Two passport size photos

--> Character certificate

--> If you are changing college than you need Transfer certificate

--> Migration Certificate

** Eligibility Criteria

--> The aspirants have to be graduates in any field from a recognized university

--> The aspirant should possess minimum 50% marks in the bachelor degree course.

--> Age of candidate must be greater than 20 years

--> 5% relaxation will be applicable for the candidates who are belong from reserved category students.

I want to open a b.ed college in murshidabad .I have land beside road.please help me
