What is the educational and health fitness criteria for a District Collector?


Hi, could anybody please update me about the minimum educational criteria and health fitness requirements for District Collector? And, specially let me know about the standard eye sight requirement.

The educational requirements for a district collector are-
1. Aspirants need to have a graduate degree from any background.
2. Final year students are also eligible for the PSC exam.
3. They must be at least 21 years of age at the time of examination.
4. They must be residents of India.

Health and fitness criteria:
* Candidates should have a proper vision in the eyes. Corrections permitted are spectacles, CL, refractive surgery like LASIK,ICL, IOL.
*The feet, hands, and limbs are well-formed and there should be no restrictions of joint movements.
