What is the eligibility to apply for Air Force Common Admission Test?
Is it compulsory to have a B.Tech degree to apply for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) and what is the minimum height for females candidates to apply for the IAF?

It is not pre-requisite to have B.Tech qualification to appear for AFCAT course.
Candidates passed bachelor degree with minimum 60% aggregate are eligible to appear in the examination. The age limit is 20-24 years. Relaxation for those who have pilot training certificate. Minimum height is 162.5 cm. So, if you have the required qualification you are eligible to appear in the examination. |

No, it is not compulsory to have B.Tech degree to appear for the AFCAT examination.
Candidates passed bachelor degree in any discipline are also eligible to appear for the examination but not eligible for technical entry. So, without B.Tech course you are eligible for Ground Duty non-technical course. The age limit is 20-24 years and minimum height is 162.5 cm. Entrance examination is conducted in two stages for final selection. |
