I do not have B.Ed or Diploma in Education. I am a Statistics honors graduate from Calcutta University. Am I eligible to apply for CTET Paper 1 entrance examination?

Being, Statistics honors degree holder but not holding a teacher training course such as D.Ed/ D.El.Ed./ B.Ed or any other equivalent course, you are not eligible to apply for CTET Paper I examination as for the same examination a teacher training programme along with regular academic degree course is compulsory.
