I guess you are asking about Chattisgarh Public Service Commission. If it is so, I must tell you that public service commission of any state, including Chattisgarh, conducts various examination for different posts in various field in both technical as well as non-technical departments and therefore, the eligibility criteria for each varies.
However, for most of the examinations, being a graduate s enough. A graduate, in any discipline, may write most of examinations conducted by public service commission. The other important factor is age. If you are not within the applicable age limit, you will not be considered eligible for the exam, no matter how qualified you are.
The minimum eligible age for most of the examination is 21 years and the maximum age limit is somewhere around 35-38 years.

Age limit between 21 years to 30 years
3 years relaxation for OBC
5 years relaxation for SC/ST

Educational qualification :
Candidates with graduate degree from a recognized university
